The beautiful Mayflower Taormina includes, among other things, wonderfully soft alpaca wool and is therefore both incredibly soft and durable.
The color change in Taormina is something very special, as it is one long and unique pattern, which alternates between clear stripes and wider pieces, where there are more muted color plays.
The content of alpaca makes Taormina both warm and breathable, and the yarn is therefore wonderful to use for e.g. a blouse, shawl or scarf.
The large yarn skeins of 200 g have a running length of 600 metres, and you usually only need 2 skeins for a sweater, 1 skein for a shawl or 1 skein for a lavender dress for size 8 years.
