Alpaca Maya

Alpaca Maya is a brushed yarn in a blend of alpaca wool, merino wool and nylon. This gives the yarn fantastic softness and volume.

The advantage of alpaca over mohair is that alpaca does not "shed" and shed quite as much as mohair often does.
