Vest with Sailor Bubbles

Cute baby vest with sailor's bubbles, a popular classic for the little ones. The vest is knitted in the round on circular needle and is worked from the bottom up. In the pattern is a detailed illustration of how the bubbles are knitted. The recipe is graduated in sizes from 2 months up to 3 years.

• Chest width of the finished model: 47 (50) 53 (56) 59 (61) 64 (67) cm.
• Model length: 22 (25) 27 (29) 31 (34) 36 (38) cm.
• Yarn: Pima cotton from CaMaRose.dk
• Yarn alternative: Yaku. superwash treated merino wool from CaMaRose.dk.
• Yarn consumption: 1 (2) 2 (2) 2 (2) 2 (3) skein. Turquoise blue (3611) Pima cotton is used for this vest.
• Knitting needles: circular needles no. 2.5 and 3 (40 cm) and double pointed needles no. 2.5.
• Knitting strength: 28 mx 40 p/round = 10 x 10 cm in plain and 28 mx 60 p/round = 10 x 10 cm in sailor pattern on needle no. 3. If the knitting strength does not match, do not try with a larger or smaller needle.
• Accessories: 2 buttons 10 mm (applies to all sizes).
