Susan's Cardigan

Susan's cardigan is a beautiful cardigan with a really nice smock pattern on the yoke. is knitted from top to bottom and back and forth on circular needle. The recipe allows for 3 different types of sleeves. driving. 3/4 balloon sleeves or long narrow sleeves. In addition, the cardigan can either be knitted in 2 strands of Midnight Sun or 2 strands of Moonbeam.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

• Size: XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3 XL.
• Chest width of the finished model: 86 (93) 100 (109) 119 (128) 140 cm.
• Length of the finished model: approx. 52 (53) 54 (55) 56 (58) 59 cm.
• Yarn: 2 strands Midnight Sun from CaMaRose.dk.
• Yarn alternatives: 2 strands Moonbeam from CaMaRose.dk.
• Recommended yarn consumption: 7 (8) 8 (9) 9 (10) 11 skeins. This applies regardless of which sleeves are knitted!
• Guide knitting needles for 2 threads Midnight Sun or Moonbeam: Circular needle no. 4 (at least 60 cm) for ribbing in the neck. Circular needle no. 4.5 (at least 80 cm) for body piece and bottom and circular needle no. 4.5 (40 cm) and/or double pointed needles no. 4.5 for the sleeves
• Knitting tension with 2 strands of Moonbeam or Midnight Sun: 17 mx 25 p = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on needles no. 4.5 with 2 strands of Midnight Sun or Moonbeam.
• Buttons: 9 buttons 16-18 mm.
