The Sunday Sweater is one of the very popular patterns from PetiteKnit. It is knitted from top to bottom. The support piece is knitted in the round in rib with openings. The body and sleeves are knitted in stockinette stitch and are both finished with a ribbed edge. The sleeves of the Sunday Sweater are long and are knitted with openings. so they get bigger down towards the wrist. The neckline is knitted down. when the yoke is knitted - alternatively it can be folded down and sewn to the wrong side at the end.
