Ramson Oil

Ramson Oil is one of Mr. Skov's popular products. The oil is made from Danish ramsons, where Mr. Skov picks small tender shoots, makes a strong extract, and then mixes it with good Danish rapeseed oil.

The ramson oil has a lovely flavor of ramson and parsley, which makes it suitable for bread, salads, dressings and for marinating meat.

Mr. Skov's oils are the perfect flavor enhancer for cooking, and provide endless application possibilities in the kitchen.

Should be stored dark and cool.
