Blueberry/Sea Buckthorn Schnapps

We call the spiced schnapps with blueberries and sea buckthorn Mr. Skov's spring schnapps, as the berries have been stored throughout the winter and are bottled at the beginning of spring.

With its delicate pink color and mild flavor, the schnapps is a very elegant and feminine schnapps - perfect for the beginner.

It goes well with lighter/finer dishes, such as fish and seafood.

Mr. Skov's spice schnapps should not be served ice cold, but at room temperature to bring out all the flavor nuances.
