The hipster hat

The hipster hat is knitted from the bottom up. A fold is made at the bottom of the ribbed edge (possibly a double fold if the hat is knitted extra long). The increases in the top of the hat are made by knitting two sl sts on each side of two straight stitches in a total of four places on the round.
