Hattesen's "Grand Gru"

Hattesens Grand Gru is a very special licorice confection in the luxury class.

Hattesen has teamed up with chocolate master Mikkel Friis Holm and together they have created the "Chocolate Master's Grand Cru". The licorice in the licorice confectionery is made from rice flour and a good portion of raw licorice, to create a deep and aromatic licorice flavour. Two types of confectionery mass are then made:

- The one with Chuno 70% double turned from Friis Holm, which is a harmonious chocolate with notes of fruit and sweetness

- The second with Indio Rojo 70% from Friis Holm and orange, which is a sour chocolate with notes of both fruit, flower and honey - which is well complimented by the orange

Hattesen uses only the finest raw materials. freeze-dried berries and fruits. as well as natural oils and aromas. The king tank is less sugar, more taste!

The licorice confectionery is exclusively made from natural raw materials. can therefore vary in taste and colour.
