Balsamic Cream

Mr. Skov's Balsamic Cream is a creamy, barrel-aged balsamic vinegar, aged for 3 years. Mr. Skov has carefully boiled it down with cane sugar, so it contains both the sour and the sweet.

The balsamic cream is one of Mr. Skov's most popular products for everyday cooking.

Suitable for salads, sauces, root vegetables, fish, cheese and sausage. Used for all kinds of salads and dips for the cheese/sausage table; for sauces and as a flavoring for foie gras and salmon, for example.
