Ærø Island White Rum is created with the same soul as the rest of Ærø Whisky's range. With deep respect for how rum was created 200 years ago, we have made this spirit from sugar cane molasses, which we ourselves have imported from Cuba - an exotic source of our inspiration. Ærø Island White Rum is bottled at 39% alcohol. We recommend it as an ingredient in drinks and cocktails, where its many flavor nuances will transport you to distant and exotic climes. For example, try making a 'Mojito', where the combination of Ærø Island White Rum, lime juice, muscovado sugar, plenty of mint and a splash of sparkling water really lets the rum's craftsmanship and flavor shine through.
